Please visit our new site

We've decided to make some big changes.  In an effort to bring you a better and more user-friendly experience, we're moving our "Cooking with Trader Joe's" blog to a new address blog.cooktj.com.  We will be using an updated format and platform that we're very excited about.   Please bookmark this new URL and visit us often.

But wait, there's more!  we've also launched our new site cooktj.com where you can browse Trader-Joe's-inspired recipes and add your own.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Cheers,

I would love to have the recipe for the turkey hash that was served at the Backburner Cafe in Hermosa Beach...any chance you have it?

      HI Jerry,
Wish I did, but it's been about 12 years since I was last at the Back Burner in Hermosa.  My husband would always get the turkey hash.
Here's our "Hangover Hash" recipe: http://cooktj.com/hangover-hash  if you'd like to give it a try, but it's not the one from the Back Burner.  Let me know if you come up with something close to what the Back Burner used to serve up.
